Enterprise Project Manager - Seattle, WA

The Enterprise Project Manager will be responsible for initiating and maintaining the lifecycle of multiple projects for both existing and new Enterprise customers. EPM efforts should culminate in complete customer satisfaction from successful implementation of services purchased through the sales channel, while addressing additional technical needs that may arise through the project lifecycle. Through the project lifecycle, an EPM will study technological networking concepts and collaborate with customer technical groups. 

DevOps Engineer - Culver City, CA

NetFortris is looking for a talented engineer with Network experience and DevOps skills to join the NetFortris team. This position's primary focus is environment automation and improvement, while also participating in builds/deployments and legacy environment upkeep. 

QA Engineer - Culver City, CA

Define test plans and test cases for functional, integration and regression testing, hands-on execution of test cases, and reporting and tracking product failures for assigned project. Manage and maintain the appropriate QA environment. Work closely with the development and product teams and ensure timely releases while maintaining highest quality standards. Provide regular status updates to VP of QA.

Technical Support Specialist - Willing to Train! - Culver City, CA

The successful candidate is responsible for answering incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers and addressing their questions and concerns regarding the company's products and services. You will also be able to accept ownership for effectively troubleshooting any technical problems they may have while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Linux Systems Engineer – Mid-Career (Level II / III) - Culver City, CA

The Linux Systems Engineer will be responsible for implementing creative, robust solutions and troubleshooting faults to optimize infrastructure operations, maintain customer satisfaction levels and minimize systems downtime. This role will take an active role in the documentation of all systems managed by Infrastructure Operations.

Channel Manager - Southeast USA Region - Plano, TX

We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager, who is passionate about selling emerging technology. This position will engage, manage and sell end user opportunities from the Netfortris’ partner channel. This position will also be remote. You will be expected to assess ongoing business needs, communicate effectively, execute the necessary steps to move opportunities through the sales cycle to closure attaining a monthly quota. Locations- Southeast USA- Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, North & South Carolina.
 

Strategic Account Executive - Plano, TX

We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive with previous Enterprise account management experience and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Objectives include maintaining high customer loyalty and retention rates through constant communication, growing account base revenue, nurturing and developing accounts for new and upsell opportunities, and networking for references and referrals. 
 

Sales Engineer - Seattle, WA

As a NetFortris Sales Engineer, you’ll work with a team of sales people selling NetFortris Hosted VOIP and Managed Network Services, Network Engineering to develop new solutions, and customers in developing a proper solution to fit their business. A strong attention to detail, diligence in understanding a given technological application and collaboration skills with customers of varying knowledge levels is a must.

Vice President Marketing - Plano, TX

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing, leading and executing our marketing and communication strategy. This role will be instrumental in shaping the image of NetFortris as a leader in business communication solutions as well as leading the awareness of the NetFortris brand, and converting prospects into leads both in the direct market and through our channel program. This position will also oversee all internal/external communications including advertising, PR, webinars, content, social media and events for both our US and APAC markets.

The Accounts Payable Specialist is a key player on the Accounting/Finance team, ensuring the accuracy of all Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) invoices and expenditures.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist for NetFortris, you will focus on invoice analysis to identify pricing discrepancies, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation.

Revenue Assurance Analyst - Plano, TX

The Revenue Assurance Analyst is a key player on the Accounting/Finance team, ensuring the accuracy of all Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) invoices and expenditures. As a Revenue Assurance Analyst for NetFortris, you will focus on invoice analysis to identify pricing discrepancies, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation.
