If you're a customer experiencing service related issues with your connectivity from NetFortris, or communications from Fonality, here are two ways your system's administrator can submit a Support ticket online:

1. NetFortris Customers

Email your service related issues to support@netfortris.com

 

2. Fonality Customers (slideshow)

  1. Log into cp.fonality.com using your system's Administrator login credentials
  2. On the lower-right portion of your dashboard screen, Click > "?"
  3. On the pop-out window to the right of your dashboard, Click > "Submit a ticket"
  4. On the new ticket window, enter as much detail as you can regarding your service related issue. Click > "Submit"
